Okay, so how do we unsubscribe from IKM's newsletter?  We should be able to do this in the User Area.  Musicians First.

You can simply click on 'Manage your subscription' at the bottom of their emails.

The problem with IK is that they can't seem to land in the "go zone"!
They do something REALLY great, like a Group Buy, THEN they do something
REALLY stupid...like offer FREE stuff that's only free if you don't have it!
Some people may want 2 of them...or 12 of them...what does it matter?
If you are offering something for FREE you shouldn't be excluding your PAYING customers!
That's just COMPLETELY IDIOTIC!

You'll never get those pop-up!

Thanks, but none of my emails have that option.  ?

Anyone know if IK has fixed the CPU usage issue with Amplitude 5 yet? I'm still running the older version before the CPU issue began, and that doesn't have these X Pedals.

They haven't as far as I've seen.

From what I remember the cpu jump was introduced in the same version where they added custom shop functionality into the standalone. The X-series were added in the following version. I'm also sitting on 1.0.3 and waiting for some good news on the cpu usage but not holding my breath.

I logged in, went to My Products didn't see it.  No pop-up.  I went to the Product Manager, don't think I saw it there either. Started up the Custom Shop and browsed over to the pedals and I had a green checkmark by the X-Drive!  Wee!  ...I forgot to start up Amplitude and play with it.  ?

But THANK YOU IK for an amazing FREEBIE!*

*THAT is actually serious.

Ya think?  Of course I do...but what difference should that make?
Maybe I want two of them...or 12 of them....it shouldn't matter at
all how many I already own!  Excluding those who have paid money
to your company is NEVER a "winning" strategy!

I guess they think you will never legally run out of licenses.  That would be pretty hard to do unless one violates a EULA.
