Amr Xthodo
When I have been working with a high CPU usage, I get an error when I import a new track into the project. Sometimes the volume changes and I lose my gain staging, especially if I do not have a backup! This problem has been happening for ages and I do not know why it is not solved. When this happens again: Try to check what happens to your hardware faders in Cakewalk. It sits within the bus pane in the console view. Just drag it out as how you would with the bus pane. (Although i highly doubt it is this.) But the volume change could also be because of your "high cpu usage." My windows system is capable enough. what files are you importing? Midi or Audio? Might be worth checking out your core usage too. Edited February 1, 2022 by Will_Kaydo
