marcL Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Reminds me of a lot of gadgets that was available in our band(s) or that I owned myself!
Soundwise Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 Cool beans! I used to have Jupiter-8 back in the early 90s. It was fun, lots of interesting sounds which never proved to be useful to me, so I had to part with it. But I still have Roland PMA-5, and still think it's amazing for what it can do. 1
Guest Posted January 20, 2022 Posted January 20, 2022 What a great site. My first ever digital piano was a Roland HP137, it was (comparatively) cheap with more than a few shortcomings, but I loved it. I later traded it for my current Roland A88 (Mk I) MIDI controller which, as a MIDI controller, leaves an awful lot to be desired but has a gorgeous weighted piano feel. Now superseded by the significantly improved Mk II. Loved the trip down memory lane. Andy
