Let me explain in more detail here so you understand. You participated in the Group Buy this summer which you were able to choose many free IK plug ins. It looks like you haven't authorized many of them. One of the plug ins you choose was the EQ 81 among other items. So you own it already and can't redeem it if you already have it. My response? NOPE! TOTALLY WRONG! ALL means ALL...not "Select"...not "with the following exceptions"....ALL They'll regret playing these idiotic games with customers...I GUARANTEE IT! I don't need it...it's the PRINCIPLE! You don't come out and advertise EQ 81 FREE FOR ALL T-RACKS USERS and then, days later, after I BRING IT UP, add a disclaimer saying: Unless you got it in the Group Buy NOPE...not going to cut it IK! GREAT PRODUCTS...SH*TTY BUSINESS MODEL!!!

I went to my profile page in my user account and it didn't do anything. I then went to the my products page and I got the popup. I'm using Firefox on Windows. Checking the product page it says Also included in T-RackS 5 MAX Total Studio 3.5 MAX Maybe I got it because T-RackS 5 Total Studio MAX 2 doesn't exactly match those?
