SynthManDan
I’m having some clipping which I assume is related to latency settings. My previous DAW (MixCraft 8 Pro) used the Windows Wave RT driver, and I was set at 18 mil secs with no issues. In Cakewalk I don’t see Wave RT as a driver option, and the programs scans have automatically set me down to what appears to be 10 mil secs. I can’t seem to increase that. Any suggestions? I used Cakewalk many years ago (probably more than 15 years ago), but I can’t get it to increase. All my work is through VST’s. I don’t record audio so the Windows Audio RT driver worked great for me in MixCraft. Thx! Edited May 22, 2019 by SynthManDan

SynthManDan
It was an oversight on my end. I wasn’t set to “exclusive” for the driver. Once I selected that audio driver I was able to adjust the latency settings. Sqk
