For those waiting for Rc-20 to go on sale don’t ignore lifeline expanse multi-effects.  This is lite version but can be upgraded to full version for $25. It’s currently $10.21. A lot of people seem to like it and have said they use it when they get bored of rc-20.  I don’t have it yet but looking at it as we speak.

Looking at the modules on it, it  seems like we could make something like this as an FX Chain rack  in Cakewalk with free and/or included FX. (or paid). In fact I think someone did this with the FL Studio FX thingy already.

Yeah, it's convenient to have all the FX in one plugin but you could easily replicate it with free plugins. In Wavefrom and Reason 12 you could even build a custom interface to have them all in one window.
