Could be handy for the bakers to get additional info regarding what matters most when further improving the DAW.

I looked at that thread yesterday.  While there were some useful ideas and some respectful feedback, there were also a number of "she said/he said" posts. Not sure there are new issues and ideas that haven't already been brought up here.  Also, there was some mild nastiness ("Before you call me a liar you should . . . .") that seemed to be directed towards provoking in-kind reactions.

As for using that forum for "what matters most," I don't think any social media forum can be representative of what's important to users at large.

It might be a good place for people who want to vent to find people who agree and for fans to tell them they are wrong.  Don't get me wrong: I have participated in other threads in the forum.  Those were all informative, respectful discussions, not battlefields.
