Larry Shelby
Muletone Audio has released Brazilian Series: Tamborim 2 for Kontakt. Here's what they say: Very common in Brazilian music, The Tamborim reveals much of the percussive wealth of Brazil. Used mainly by "samba schools" (Escolas de Samba) of Rio de Janeiro and traditional Sambas, this instrument represents much of the typical rhythm of Brazilian music. Brazilian Series: Tamborim 2 was recorded using a pair of Neumann KM184, a Royer M122 and a Neumann U87. The preamp section used was a UA 2610, API 512A and Grace M501, routed in a Symphony Apogee. Muletone Audio says: In the new session we have a performance of the percussion Guru, Robson Batata, bringing an extensive variation of rhythms and grooves. Intro Price: $12.59 (Reg. $42.59). The Full version of Kontakt 5.8 or above is required (Not for Kontakt Player) https://muletoneaudio.com/tamborim2/
