Here's what's written with the small print down at the very bottom: "Soundtoys 5 Academic and Upgrades are not on sale during the Holiday Sale." So there's still hope, unless what theyr trying to say was it's not going to happen but I remember there was usually an annual sale on upgrades around Christmas ...?
