Thumper
Hey everyone. New to Cakewalk, well new to the newer version, I had the software back in the early 90's for Win 3.0. Anyways I am coming from Ableton Live 10, so Cakewalk is very foreign to me. The main problem I am having right now trying to get started, is that I get no audio out. I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Gen2 with quality monitors or my ATH-M40x headphones. All this works well with Ableton, and computer audio. I have set up the Preferences to use ASIO and the in and outs to Scarlett. However I get nothing out of the audio interface. Any ideas how to get this working so that I can start trying out Cakewalk? Thanks, Dave
bitman
Is the main out bus pointed to the scarlet?
Thumper
Thanks for the reply. For some reason it is now working. I did not change anything. I just closed it and then reopened to try again and now it works. The odd thing is that I have done this several times before with nt change, so I am not sure why it is now working.
