More options for ADD TRACK dialogue

I have started using the Add Track dialogue mostly because I like that I can choose default input and outputs for that session. Here's a few ideas that would possibly improve this feature. Pardon if it's already been requested. 

1. Save your preferred setting as either a Workspace option or at least per project. Presently if you close a project your setting are all lost. 

2. Add the options for choosing track colours.

3. Add the option to add a Name.

4. Add the option for adding an Icon. 

5. A feature missing that is in the Insert Synth dialogue is the "enable Midi output" option.
