Marker Global Move Tool

Code a key that will allow user to capture "all markers" and move them globally. This will save user time when moving the whole project left or right. As it stands I have to go to each marker individually and correct for the move.

Are you using this dialog? (Project/Insert Time/Measures):

Checking the "Markers" box should take care of moving them to the right. I think Ripple Edit All will help in other scenarios.

And doesn't Rippled Editing handle this?

I'm not sure that a separate tool is needed for this not very frequent operation.
You can use the Slide option (Process/Slide) in the Track view or or even in the Markers view - to move clips and markers together or separately.
