Having an issue where when I listen to my track in cakewalk the background noise is present however not loud enough to disturb the song, however as soon as I export the track the background noise gets heavily boosted?
I have played the track on my PC using Groove and VLC and on my phone using Muzio so I don't believe its anything to do with the audio player I'm using. I'm exporting at 16 bit depth with a 44.1k sample rate. I'm certain everything is going through the master bus when I export, and have tried both exporting the entire mix and bouncing the entire mix to one track and exporting that but it doesn't seem to make a difference
Again, I'm aware the background noise is there, I'm not attempting to eliminate it from the recording, just trying to stop it from boosting when I export.
I've attached my recording, hopefully you may play it in cakewalk and another music player and be able to discern the difference.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated, many thanks!!
