Cakewalk VST Plugins

Hi I'm pretty new to the DAW/Software and I'm using it for music production. I've notice from the old site that there's VST's such as Rapture, available. Will this be available to download as well in the future? Daws such as logic comes with Alchemy as a VST synth. I was curious to see if Cakewalk would do the same
