No email sent when confirming email address

Hi all, hoping for some advice. I've set up Cakewalk and Bandlab and all seems to be going well except for the part where I'm trying to activate Cakewalk. I've clicked on the "confirm email" button and "resend email" several times but no email is coming through. I've checked and there is no blocking of the software in my email program so there appears to be no reason why a confirmation email is not sent or received. I have reset my password and retyped my email address on my profile; no luck there. Any thoughts or recommendations?

No answer, sorry, I have the same problem - no email. Only help offered is 'hit the link in the email' - how are we supposed to do that? I'm working on a project that my whole semester depends on, and CW is getting ready to shut me down. I just need the email to confirm. What is the holdup? Somebody? PLEASE

I don't remember ever having to use email to "activate" Cakewalk by Bandlab , only Bandlab assistant. Once Cakewalk is opened you can set it up to get email notifications for different things "if" you want to receive them.
