Izotope tonal balance-2 crashes Cakewalk [solved]

Hello,

I just want to know if you already had an issue with izotope tonal balance-2 and how you fixed it.

more precisely :

I try neutron3 advanced. I installed all VST3 plugins => OK all plugins do their jobs.

At the opening, Cakewalk displays a message "error tonal balance-2" [GetPluginFactory ; main issue].

If ok => no tonal balance in the plugin list

if I activate (not recommanded) there is a tonalBalance-32bit plugin (?) that crashes cakewalk.

I contacted Izotope => problem is not solved at the moment

I found the solution by chance! Because my PC ran W10N : N => version w/o WMP => I installed WMP
