[Feature Request] http GET/POST request ability

We are using a lyrics projection system, that has a built-in web server for remote control API requests. Would be awesome if Cakewalk would be able to do http(s?) GET/POST  requests with a simple Marker like fashion. Pre-recorded muti-tracks would take care of lyrics projection, in case of missing personnel...

You'd be better off going to eLance and getting someone to write you a small app that listens on a MIDI port and fires off HTTP requests in response to MIDI notes.

You'd then just sequence the notes that match up with your marker numbers in Cakewalk, making sure the MIDI output port is the one the app is listening on.

Or a plug-in?  Can something like BlueCat's Plug'n'Script do something like this?
