I can remember there was a special possibility to type in Automation Lane Values on Play, but I can't find it in the manual or elsewhere.
Can somebody remember it? There must be a Shortcut or Special Click on the Lane to type the value in.
I don't mean, making a node and rightclick/properties to change the value. There was an easier and faster way on Play at Now time.....
Thanks;)
Bassman.
P.S. Found it in the 2020.05 Update: Obviously overread it before? But this doubleClick doesn't work....F2 yes.
Improved support for recording automation via numeric input
When recording automation, envelope nodes can now be recorded by typing a value in the pop-up edit controls in the Inspector, Console view, Track view, ProChannel EQ, and EQ fly-out module. The numeric input will be recorded as a Jump during automation recording.
To show the numeric input pop-up, give focus to a control or its value display, then press F2, or double-click the value display.
