Copying multiple tracks

I have 3 hours of music recorded from our band practice.  How do I copy multiple tracks of one song? 
I’m new to cakewalk.

Your not being clear about what you are trying to do. 
Do want to copy an entire project?

Do you want to copy a selection of tracks?

Do you want to cut the project into individual songs?

Hold the ALT button down, move the mouse to the clip section where you want to do the cut (you should then see a little scissor appear) and just left click to split the clip and drag your selection down.

Ok that’s not hard to do but I don’t have time to type out the steps right now. Latter after dinner
