Marc Silverberg
Hi. I'm trying to edit a track, but I've somehow entered a mode in which my mouse cursor is a magnifying glass, and the only thing I can do is make the tracks zoom in (can't even go out - which might make it useful, once I figure out how to get in and our of this mode). Does anyone know how to get back to a normal mouse mode? Thanks! Marc
Will.
CTRL+DOWN ARROW = Zoom large OUT on the directional arrow key on the keyboard. CTRL+UP ARROW = Zoom large CTRL+RIGHT ARROW = Zoom in CTRL+LEFT ARROW = Zoom out. To get rid of the magnify glass: locate the "STAR (Smart) TOOL" left top corner of the screen. Marc Silverberg
Thank you! I thought I tried that, but I guess not. And I also figured out that it you can also control that by holding down the Z. Likely I meant to pres Ctrl Z (which I seemed to use a hundred times a session ) and must have just hit the Z. THANKS! Fretman
Just had the same problem, meaning to delete an action but hitting the Z without Ctrl and getting a magnifying glass - then not knowing where to find the solution in Documentation... not knowing what to call these functions in a concise manner is half the problem. Thanks to you both ? Trevor Judge Edited March 28, 2023 by Fretman
