I have Kontakt 5 (as well as 2, 3 and 4). It's stable, hosts all my current libraries and offers all the features I need.

I don't need Kontakt 6.

Please - anybody - convince me I'm wrong.

One good reason to upgrade to Kontakt 6 full is that you'll be able to use the libraries on Pianobook (the personal site of Spitfire Audio's Christian Henson). I've just started using the Family Grand recorded using a binaural stereo mic. I got it a year ago but had been unable to use it until upgrading. A really nice surprise, especially if you want to capture that 'home piano' sound. ?

Yes, the KLANG collections are amazing.

OTOH the only freebie synths that I actually use....

Possibly too much, but that's another topic.....?

Well, they got me. Again.

All I can say in my defense is that it was late at night and my nightly sleep aid was already in full effect. I also ordered two pillow cases from Amazon and a Terry Pratchet book from the Kindle store.

I've been waiting a long time to get the full version for a good deal and now it's on to the freebies. No more bumming out with player. Here I come Klang and Shreddage 3

Yeah, I finally bought the full Kontakt  at a great price a week or so ago - early days but so far, very glad I jumped!

I did too but haven't downloaded yet. Too much to do and not enough time.
