PC FX Chain Improvements

I use PC FX Chains a lot. I don't use them in the FX Bin. So I'm not aware of behavior differences between the two locations. When used as PC modules I'd like to see the following FX Chain improvements: 

1. The signal LED working as it does for other PC modules. The LED seldom or never lights.

2. Quick Group functions to work as they do for other modules including for FX Chain controls and individual FX in the FX Chain. Quick Group functions mostly don't work on FX Chains. 

3. Being able to drag a FX from one PC FX Chain to another. Currently the FX copy lands in the receiving channel's FX bin.

4. Being able to drag copy a FX Chain from one PC Channel to another.

5. Being able to insert FX Chains at cursor location not at bottom of PC Channel.

I'd like to be able to drag and drop the FX from an FX Chain directly into the bin without having to deal with the shell.
