Exported wav plays slow

Pretty weird. I mix the song and export it like normal, but in both Groove and WavePad, it plays at a much slower tempo. The track also has a longer duration. No pitch change. Clues?

Your experiencing a sample rate miss match. Make sure you know what sample rate the export was and set your Windows sound settings the same. 
Or use a better player like Audacity
