Increasing volume of individual notes in PRV

Use velocity 

If you grab a note blob on the top in the middle it will drag the velocity up or down

As long as you are using a synth that responds to velocity, that's how you can do it. 

Bear in mind that, with many synths, velocity can change more than mere volume - but editing velocities is a good starting point.
