SENNHEISER HD 599 SE Around Ear Open Back Headphone $98.88

 

Last time I saw them in Walmart they were a buckfiddy.

I like these but prefer the original 598s a bit more for their looks.

I've got the 598s and while they are unique (and sound amazing) I don't like the looks as the cream color easily starts to get black spots/wear on them when putting them in the standard senn black headphone bag even with basically no use.

Got two of ‘em as I liked them so much. Kept them in their original box. Immaculate.

I did the same with the 595s

But the 598s once they come out of the box and taken in and out of the black bag, start getting ugly.  I baby my equipment and I was shocked when it started to happen after virtually no use.

Yeah, I kept them boxed ‘cause I even read about possible fissures.
