Amplitude. By far. Sound. Extras. 

Also like Mercrial Triaxis sim and Grid Slammer sim.

But if it was.just one, Amplitude for versatility.

I have to agree with Grem...as far as an "all in one" it's going to be Amplitube 5.
I still lean soundwise towards S-Gear, but it's not as "all inclusive" as Amplitube 5 is
