According to the feature table, the only difference is: Mass-export hundreds of MIDI files to a folder. License to sell exported MIDI files to other people (e.g. in the form of a MIDI construction kit). If you're planning to sell construction kits (instead of just completed musical works, as most product EULAs allow) that were made using this, I think the price difference is reasonable - especially with the 50% discount that's currently going.
