I was using my DAWs browser, but this one adds quite a few functions for the right price. I've heard that Loopcloud's sample manager is rather spammy... I don't know about that, but this one isn't.

So far no.  It's fast, indexes well, and now is stand alone (one big feature it was missing).  Doesn't seem to have adware or other issues, it's not a store front (yet).  There are some things I'd like to see but this is a winner so far.
