Sorry that it is a little out of date but the important thing is how Cakewalk is a fantastic DAW and free! I like how enthusiastic he is in describing it.  I think it is a well done video worth new users watching it if they are unsure about it.

Yes it is in  DAW years. LOL It is before 2021.04 which is very different. Look at the menus for VSTs. 

Let me put it this way. Noel works at making all these videos obsolete. ?
