How to show Tempo List

How to get Tempo List?

When I press Ctrl+Shift+5 I'm getting this:

This allows me to Insert Tempo Change.

I would like to see the whole list of all tempso. I appreciate any help,

The tempo list is now in the inspector (Which your image is actually showing)
