Cakewalk sound center not sounds

Hi, I have Sonar X1 LE and I can't manage the midi sounds to work, it clips, but not sound, any help?

For a start, upgrade to Cakewalk by Bandlab. Free. A thousand times better. Will load all your old projects.

There's no support for X1 for 14 years or more. You'll have to use Google to find old threads. It was a very buggy version of Cakewalk so I wouldn't invest to much time in it 

But midi hasn't changed much. I have a bunch of Tutorials on how to set up midi
