SORTED melodyne activation on second device help

I have had to reinstall Melodyne as I have finally started using the the Bandlab version of cakewalk.

BUT its told me that because I have done this recently I'm not allowed to!!!

  I have a desktop and a laptop - so I deactivated the desktop, thinking it would then let me use the space - but no... even though my second device is now 'unused'

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to activate a second computer

Please can anyone help?

You might have to contact them and have them deactivate the old one manually on their side. I had to do this with Xpand!2/iLok. They did it withing hours.
