craigr68
I recently removed a Midi Device that I no longer want to use. Now all my tracks in all my projects are not referring to the correct Midi Devices. It seems like the order of the Midi Devices in Preferences is out of whack even though it looks correct. If I put this device back in temporarily, everything is ok. I've tried different things with the TTSSEQ.INI file to no avail. Is there somewhere else the order is stored? Registry perhaps? Xoo
I've run into this: I added a dummy virtual MIDI port (loopBe in my case) to work round this.
Byron Dickens
I just reassign everything and move on.

Yeah, I do this too - especially when switching between laptop & desktops. I tend to use loopMidi as you can rename the ports so they even look the same. Xoo
I didn't go for loopMidi as it needs the application running - loopBe is just a driver (I used the free version as I only needed one port).
