Upon opening it, the application immediately froze and would not respond. I then uninstaled it, then installed it again to no avail, any ideas as to what is going on? 0 Promidi Posted May 2, 2021 Share Posted May 2, 2021 Are you running a fully Patched Windows 10 PC (That is, all updates installed)? Have you visually confirmed that all of your hardware drivers are up to date? (Do this using manufacturer's websites rather than by using Windows updates) - do this after installing any Windows updates.
