Access to old site with our purchased software and license info.

I recently tried to download software for a new computer from the Cakewalk website. I have Platinum and would like to access it again. I was in for a while on Wednesday and the connection dropped and I could not regain access. I have tried to reset the password many times but never receive the password. Is there a new site to get our old software from?

You can't reset your password automatically anymore. You have to email support and they have to do it manually.

Support@cakewalk.com or support@bandlab.com should do it.

The servers at the legacy site cannot automatically send out emails any longer. So no more self-service for the account info changes there.
