EQ disabled in ProChannel Master

Hi,

Working on a project in which the EQ in the ProChannel of the Master Out stays greyed out/disabled no matter what buttons I push.

Works fine everywhere else.

What am I missing?

The red square shows the button that needs to be on to activate the module.
