stone trombone
I have a VSTI with its output set to mono. When routed to a stereo bus, the L output is higher than the R. If I change the bus to mono, it's properly balanced. Other instances of the same synth routed to the same bus behave normally. If I pan the output all the way L, the meters indicate this correctly, with just the left channel showing a signal. But panning all the way R does not get the expected result. Instead, the meters indicate considerable signal in both sides. Any suggestions on what is causing this? Some kind of interleave issue with this particular track? Thanks. gustabo
Do you have offset turned on?
stone trombone
Ahh...good thought. Unfortunately, after logging on to use this forum, CW is insisting I sign in to BandLab to activate, and has frozen the DAW, so I can't check it. Thank you, though. stone trombone
offset it was. Not turned on, but at some point I must have experimented with the track's setting while not realizing it was still in the mode. Thanks
