No, but there is a free issue available from July of 2019 (Sample issue) available.

The link you provided showed me the 2021 issue of May SOS Mag,  there was link to sign up  for the full  free PDF issue hosted by Replica.  I click on the link and signed up and there was a statement about  SOS providing the PDF issues because of  Covid-19.  I can now see June 2020,  thru May 2021 issues in PDF format on line.
