MIDI Out virtual control surface?

Hi,

Does Cakewalk have a MIDI Out device similar to the MIDI Out plugin in FL Studio or External Devices in Studio One? (e.g. https://www.image-line.com/fl-studio-learning/fl-studio-online-manual/html/plugins/MIDI Out.htm). I'm looking for something to control hardware synths from the DAW using MIDI CC's (instead of assigning the CC's to a hardware MIDI controller).
