Just registred a mkiii i purchased a month ago , got nothing since when registring it's a refurbished one ....  not happy here .....

did the promo start as of today or is it back dated? you could check with NI support. Did you buy it refurb from NI or some other store?

not a bad deal. IIRC, I got 2 free expansions with my first mikro and 4 free with my Jam.

try their support email. but they might say deal does not apply to purchases before deal started. you could threaten to return and just get another B stock to get deal.
