Limited in what it can do for sure. But it can get the job done at a no-brainer price!!

Yep...at that price you can slap a bigger hard drive and more RAM in it and
have a heck of a decent DAW PC.  You can't even buy Win 10 Pro for that
price!

I'd check how "upgradeable" that PC is before investing, 4 GB is barely enough for anything nowadays

You would also have to check DDR3 RAM prices.  Well developed software can run on this system.

That is a 10 year old legacy dual core CPU and chipset, with a slower DDR3 1066/1333 memory bus than later DDR3 designs.

Memory would definitely need to be bumped to at least 8GB RAM to be usable with Win 10.  You could probably do that for less than $50. https://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Description=8 gb ddr3&Submit=ENE

But for a budget system for $150, why not?
