What Version of Windows Home Should I Be Using?

I am running CbB v. 2021.01 on a Creation Station Computer V.6, 64 bit interfaced with a MOTU 828x.   The O.S. is Windows 10 Home v. 1803 and I'm thinking of upgrading to v. 1909 (this is what Sweetwater is currently installing).  What version of Windows does Cakewalk recommend?  Are there settings in this version that you would recommend changing from the default settings for Windows?

I would keep as up to date with Windows as is possible. Just for everything's sake.

Whilst I would generally agree with that, I believe that some people have had problems with 20H2 - I've held off installing it - as yet it hasn't been a scheduled as an automatic installation but it is there if I want it

I appear to be on 2004 at the moment with no issues relating to CbB

I am on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 OS build 19042.868 (fully patched).  No issues so far relating to CbB.

Avoid 1903 and 1909 build. Those builds was buggy in general. I'm currently testing the 21h1 build, which has not been released yet / and so far, this version (since the 1803 build) is much more stable. The big upgrade in new features will come in the 21h2 build of Microsoft Windows 10

 Get your hands on the "Windows 10 Pro 20h2" / OR / for now, stay on the 1803 build.
