How to delete space in front of a track

I'm new to Cakewalk, How do I delete empty, blank space in front of a track?

You could select all the tracks and drag them left (over the blank area) to wherever you want them to start.

I'm new too, but I found out I can click the track and drag the little arrow to where I want it, right click and splice it there, and then drag the track left to where I want it to start.
