Larry Shelby
I wasn't aware of this but IK Mixbox Crossgrade is $99.99 in Cart at IK!https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/mixbox/ Today is the last day though...so be advised. I was not aware that they were taking $50 off the price in cart until I just happened to put it in my cart.

Yep...any time that they put their own promo code in, Jampoints are locked out Edited March 1, 2021 by cclarry
abacab
IK MixBox is cool! If you ever thought is would be nice to have the Syntronik or SampleTank 4 FX rack to use anywhere, this is it and then some! Bruno de Souza Lino
Mixbox looks like an interesting idea that's obivously a Virtual Mix Rack ripoff , but the text is so hard to read on smaller sizes, since they didn't program the scaling right and the text is fuzzy at various sizes. I guess the MAJOR advantage to Mixbox over VMR is that the 70 modules are all included from the onset, rather than having to buy them "Piecemeal", but it's also not clear if additional modules beyond the 70 will be even added, and, if they are, will they be paid, or included. abacab
It's handy for synth and keyboard players. I understand that guitar players already have boatloads of amp sims and pedals. But adding this to your keys is a bit like having fun with stomp boxes. Without having to "borrow" guitar FX gear. Plus they included plenty of FX chain presets to experiment with... Greg
If I could have used jam points I likely would have bought this but there will be some sale in the future. There always is!
Fleer
For me MixBox is more like the McDSP racks, while Slate’s VMR is way above.
