Jim Roseberry
I bought this... thinking it was too good to be true. It is too good to be true. Although the Full Compass website lists/shows Samplitude ProX 4 and SoundForge Pro 12, you actually get Pro X3 and SoundForge Pro 11.
antler
Are they allowed to do that? It's false advertising.
Michael Docy
Call them and complain. The Full Compass web page does state that it is X4 and Pro 12.
Larry Shelby
Yep...I'd be livid, and, at the bare minimum, want a refund. It might be that, if you register, you get the free upgrades to the products....but I don't know...
Matthew Sorrels
I'm sure they will sort this out, but if not welcome to the MAGIX pain club. In Feb as part of setting up my new workstation and moving everything over from my Windows 7 box I decided that I wouldn't move 32-bit Sound Forge Pro 9 over as is, instead I'd pay the overpriced upgrade price and get Sound Forge Pro 12. Almost exactly one month later they announced Sound Forge Pro 13 and free upgrades for anyone buying 12. Doh.

Jim Roseberry
Registered the Pro X3 Suite SN on the Magix website. There's no means of accessing Pro X4. Tried the upgrade procedure on the Magix website... price still comes up $199. Have to wait until tomorrow (Monday) to reach a human at Full Compass. Fwrend
Jim et. al, I've had very good communication and service through their US sales Dept. Bring it up (civilly I might add :)) with them and I believe they will sort it out. You may have to be a registered user and logged in to get to the correct place but you might try sales@magix.net and/or prosupport@magix.net If these fail to produce what you need, PM me and I can give you another email directly to one of the sales people I've dealt with. IMHO, it is a great deal.

Jim Roseberry
Full Compass (still) has no clue as to what's going on. They haven't changed the Website (still says Pro X4 and SoundForge Pro 12). They're saying it's going to take several days to figure out. Magix rep is out of town until April 15th. Should have just bought the Pro X Suite upgrade from Magix. Jim Roseberry
Finally got the situation ironed out (sort of). I received new codes from Full Compass. The rub... it's Samplitude Pro X4 (not Pro X4 Suite). The original description and pics on the Full Compass website were of Samplitude Pro X4 Suite. The website has now been changed. I need the features in Pro X4 Suite (DDP, etc). I should have just bought the upgrade straight off the Magix website.
