Jossy Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 (edited) Hi there, My name is John and recently I have been trying to install Cakewalk by Bandlab to my pc. The Bandlab Assistant was installed and waorked just fine, but when I am trying to install Cakewalk, the following error shows up near the end of the install. If I select "Try again", nothng happens. If I selecto "cancel installation", the program will simply not be installed. If I select "Skip this file", the program will continue its installation, but every time I open it, the "New project" tab in the Cakewalk start screen shows nothing. How can I fix this? HIBI Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 If Windows Ransomware Protection is turned on, turn it off temporarily during the Cakewalk installation. (Windows Ransomware Protection blocks installation under Documents folder by default.) 1
