Quicker Transpose In Track View

Simple really.  I propose a much more intuitive option than the current menus or inspector tab. 

In an ideal world this would use the same keys as the PRV but the are already taken in the default track view bindings so my alternative would be pair of global transpose Up/Down buttons specifically for the track view which could be bound to something like :

 

 =  Transpose down a semitone or when shifted down an octave 

 =           Transpose up a semitone or when shifted up an octave
