After Saving a project and reopen, no sound

Hello to all, mightyou can help me, i'm a newbie.

I start to make a new Project, just  a Drumtrack with SI-Instruments. I saved it and after reopen, there is no more sound. Cakewalk shows the Track and play it  but silent. What can i do?
