cclarry Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 $299.99 on MF SDOTD https://www.musiciansfriend.com/stupid?icid=210190 1
TheMaartian Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 This one goes on sale ALL the time at MF, often for $50 less. I'd wait. That said, my Tribute ASAT is really nice for the $250 I paid for it new. All good except for the "less than smooth" fret ends.

Yeah no surprise there, I've never come across even a high-end guitar that couldn't benefit from at least the fret ends being dressed and personally I like them like butter.
Christian Jones Posted February 8, 2021 Posted February 8, 2021 (edited) Could be a fun inexpensive guitar to p!mp out though and I've always liked G&L's headstock over Fender's Edited February 8, 2021 by Christian Jones It edited the word "p!mp" out..? Lol 1 1

It's a Leo Fender design, never used, discovered after his death. His only opposing headstock. 3
Craig Fowler Posted February 9, 2021 Posted February 9, 2021 If I was in the US, I'd jump on this. Admittedly, I haven't tried the recent Tributes, but the early ones were excellent instruments!
