zplane releases deCoda v1.2.0

This version has

- (enh) added unquantized MIDI editing
- (enh) various performance improvements
- (enh) added deCoda LE mode
- (fix) temp loop disappears when toggling between wave and piano-roll view
- (fix) note editing sometimes not working as expected
- (enh) Midi file has now ppq of 960
- (enh) temp loop now editable during playback
- (enh) automatic restart when changing theme
- (fix) stretching is now exact when exporting
